  • What’s something that looks glamorous in “growth” but really isn’t?

(Gets into the rhythm of the job and the grind.)

3. Frameworks + Problem-Solving

  • When you’re asked to drive activation, what’s the first thing you look at?
  • How do you decide which experiments are worth running?
  • Can you walk us through one recent experiment — from hypothesis → execution → result?
  • What metrics actually matter for you (and which ones are noise)?
